FunDamental Studios opened its doors in November 2015.
We are located in the Town Center on Main Street in downtown Ames.
(Just upstairs from Turning Heads Salon.)
We have a Gallery Wall dedicated to hosting the work of local artists.
Over the years, we have had the pleasure to display the work of Holland Evermore (www.everwyyrd.com)
And the Box Art of Donna Robinett.
Both of these ladies are amazing artists as you can see below!
We’ve also had Chris (The Bald Guy) McKelvey’s works up on the wall and currently have
the photography & graphic design work of Liv Uhlenberg available to enjoy.
We also have a Shopping Nook where we sell Music, Earrings, Bracelets and more!
(The shopping nook is available before and after all scheduled classes or by appointment.)
AND we have a Lending Library (for DVDs) that any currently enrolled dance student is able to enjoy!
We teach a variety of classes in:
Middle Eastern (Belly) Dance, (Fundamental & Comic Book) Drawing
and Delsarte (Body Language & Expression plus Relaxation)
Adult (13 +) Drawing Classes are held on Monday nights.
Kids (Ages 7 - 12) Drawing Classes are held on Thursday nights.
Adult (13 +) Dance Classes are held on Monday & Wednesday nights.
Delsarte Classes (Ages 13 +) are held on Thursday nights.
Special Events are often held on the weekends.
