Saturday Itinerary:

8:30 - 9:30 am = Morning Coffee & Social Time
9:30 - 11:30 am = The Delsarte Practice

Lunch from 11:30 - 1:30 pm *

** There will be a brief (hybrid) dedication ceremony after lunch.

Saturday afternoon will focus on the Delsarte Practice until 5:00 pm.

Evening Showcase! (Exact Time TBD)

Sunday Itinerary:

8:30 - 9:30 am = Morning Coffee & Social Time

9:30 - 11:30 am = The Delsarte Practice

Lunch from 11:30 - 1:30 pm

Sunday Afternoon = Museum Visit / Art Analysis

(Admission to the museum is $15.00 / $10.00 per person

for groups of 10+) ** Museum closes at 5:00 pm.

Evening Master Class: Exploring Expression

(Workshopping Event) Exact Time TBD

Bring something you're currently working on (A song, a scene, a dance or an
art piece.) and we will apply classroom principles to these works in progress, getting through as many as possible.

** Any of the Hotels near the University of Dayton Arena will be close by.

** Lunch on Saturday & Sunday will be a community buffet. Everyone is asked to contribute something to the lunch. There is a grocery store nearby for shopping.

Transportation:

Joe has 2 cars that can be utilized. Any vehicles that attendees are willing to use

to help shuttle folks to and from activities would be greatly appreciated.

Weather permitting, most things are within walking distance.

The deadline to receive full payment is Friday, May 17th.

Walk-in registration is not allowed for this event.

Any cancellations prior to May 17th will receive a partial refund.

(Total amount, minus 10% for processing fees.)

No refunds after May 17th.
